Welcome to Skills UP VG ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency about how we handle information when you use our mobile application ("App").

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Voluntarily

Error Notifications

When you report a phrase error, we collect only the phrase ID and current phrase content. Users cannot enter custom text. No account is required.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Technical Data: device type, OS version, app version, and device or other identifiers (app-instance / installation IDs; advertising ID where ads are shown).

Local notification preferences stay on-device only.

Crash reports (Sentry): crash info, app/OS version, device or other identifiers, diagnostics.

Analytics (Firebase Analytics): screens/features, sessions, technical context, device or other identifiers, approximate country if provided by Google. Anonymous — not linked to your name or email.

Advertising (Google AdMob / mediation partners): advertising ID and other device identifiers, plus technical data to request, show, and measure ads. Consent form where required (e.g. EEA/UK). You can reset/limit advertising ID in device settings.

App updates: Firebase Remote Config and Google Play may use device or other identifiers for version checks.

• Reminder settings — local on device

Retention follows provider defaults (e.g. Sentry ~90 days, Firebase Analytics ~14 months). Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

These providers may receive device or other identifiers for analytics, crash reporting, ads, and updates.

4.2 We Do NOT:

• Sell your personal information
• Use your name or email for advertising (we do not collect them)

• Error reports: voluntary
• Notifications: disable in app or system settings
• Ads: consent options where shown; limit advertising ID in device settings
• Analytics / crash tools: some device limits; uninstall stops further collection. Some identifiers are required while the App is installed for those services

6. Children's Privacy

Suitable for all ages; COPPA compliant. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. International Data Transfers

Data may be processed outside your country (including the US) with appropriate safeguards where required.

8. Changes

We may update this policy and the "Last Updated" date. Continued use means acceptance of the updated policy.
